Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% for the facility required with a minimum of $40.00
- A damage deposit of $200.00, refundable in part or in whole.
- Payment in full due two weeks in advance of the event.
- Free Cancellation with a minimum of 10 days’ notice (non-refundable
deposit not included)
Note: Unless agreed to elsewhere in this agreement, the Set-up and Tear- down of tables and chairs, and all clean-up related to the activity is the responsibility of the user. All tables and chairs will be returned and stored in their original location. Kitchen counters, sinks, dishes and cutlery to be thoroughly cleaned and returned to their original location. The floor is to be dry mopped.
Please note – the lodge (including the suite) is a smoke, alcohol, and drug-free facility.
